Q: How to activate Link Exchange so that I can see the 'exchange link page" within my web site.

A: Link Exchange doesn't need to be activated, but should be added to a menu; this will allow your visitors to view LE members.

You'll have to add a menu item to one of your menus. Use the component option when prompt for the type of menu item to create and select Link Exchange from the list of items. All that's left is to give your new menu item a title and save the results.
