What Is Amazon ID?
The AmazonID parameter is used to build the Amazon affiliate link, and
is what gives you credit for any sales that may happen as a result of a visitors
purchase/s; This ID must be the same affiliate ID that you gave when you signed
up for Amazon's Affiliate program.

- Default: havenhood
Tip - change this parameter to your Amazon affiliate ID to receive
credit for any sales the module may produce. Leaving the default value as is
would give me credit [...not a bad thing, ...?] for the sale/s.
