What's Section to Scroll?
Section to Scroll parameter is Dependant on the Scroll Category or Section
selection and only works when you've selected the Section option of the Scroll Category or Section
parameter.

The combination of options, as shown above, would scroll all categories'
content of the News section and a similar combination is
required to scroll section content.
Comments:
Joomla divides content into sections and categories, where a section will
probably contain categories, but a category cannot contain sections. So, you need to understand that all categories' content (beneath
a
section) will scroll, if the Section option is selected.
Large content sites may find it more practical to create copies of NFS and
display content from a few of your top categories, rather than an entire
section.
