Had a problem with the related module (version affected, 1.0.7 and below), but that problem has been taken care of.

When I added the title and description searching option I forgot to enclose the query with () parenthesis... causing the item you're currently viewing to show up in the related items list. Download and install the current version to fix this issue.

Note: Uninstall the old version before installing the latest version.
